Georgia holds a dual degree in Behavioural Science and Business, bringing a unique, people-centric perspective to the Arete Executive team. As an Executive Assistant Georgia’s role includes assisting Richard Triggs and the the executive search team to complete our recruitment assignments in a timely manner. She ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and acts as a key point of coordination for the business.
Her background spans across HR, recruitment, support work, and administration, giving her a diverse skillset and a natural ability to build genuine rapport. Georgia is highly regarded for her proactive approach and her commitment to fostering the relationships that help both individuals and teams perform at their best.
On a personal note, Georgia is a lifelong dancer who balanced pre-professional training in ballet and contemporary dance alongside her schooling. Her dedication to the arts, combined with a strong passion for wellbeing has instilled a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and attention to detail.
