As co-founder of Carejobz, New Zealand’s leading aged care recruitment agency, Paul partnered with hundreds of providers to place Operational, Village, and Clinical Managers, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and cultural fit. Throughout his career, he has led teams, refined processes, and introduced technology-driven efficiencies that save time and money while improving recruitment outcomes.
Paul believes that great recruitment is both structured and human, built on trust, clear communication, and genuine care for people. Now based in Brisbane, he is passionate about applying this philosophy to help organisations and individuals succeed together.
Outside of work, Paul’s life centres on his wife, their two daughters, and their French Bulldogs, Teddy and Talulah. He also enjoys golf, travelling, and supporting Tottenham Hotspur… an endeavour that brings occasional joy but more often heartbreak.
